Patrick is a born and bred Otago/Southland sheep and Beef farmer, passionate about the New Zealand Agriculture industry and has been lucky enough to enjoy a variety of aspects in the agricultural sector. As an independent fertliser consultant, Patrick specialises in soil nutrient balancing, biological fertiliser programs and farmer education. Connecting soil and plant to animal health and farm profitability, in NZ using soil balancing methods adding value to clients’ businesses. He believes the connection from soil chemistry to plant and animal performance is by far underestimated. As time goes on, the focus on sustainability and efficient production will only increase. Patrick is an asset to the FertLink team, bringing his vast knowledge and own farming experience to add value for his clients through their fertiliser programmes.
