As the Logistics and Administrative Coordinator at Fertlink, Emma helps keep the wheels turning behind the scenes. From coordinating product movements to managing orders and keeping communication flowing between suppliers, transport partners, and our farming clients, she’s all about making sure everything ends up in the right place at the right time.
Emma enjoys the fast-paced nature of the role and the variety it brings, where no two days are ever quite the same. She takes pride in staying organised, keeping systems accurate, and tackling any last-minute challenges that pop up (because they always do!). “There’s something really satisfying about bringing all the moving parts together and seeing a plan come to life”.
With a big believer in clear communication, strong relationships, and finding smarter, more efficient ways of doing things. And while she likes to keep things running smoothly, she also doesn’t mind a good challenge along the way, it keeps things interesting!
