Brent Rodger
Independent Fertiliser Consultant
With a background in accountancy and operations, Brent started his career in Dunedin at Reid Farmers Ltd. He was instrumental in the merger and acquisition of Southland Farmers Ltd and Pyne Gould Guiness Wool divisions along with minor wool buying companies. Following this, Brent was involved with NZ Wool Handers as their finance and operations manager until completing a 90 degree turn moving to the operations manager at Leslie Rugby.
Brent and Jeff met during Brent’s work at Taha Healthy Soils, Brent finding a love of providing prescriptive solid and liquid fertiliser recommendations to farmers, he extended his consultancy career and is now working with Jeff at FertLink and has been for just under a decade.
Brent brings a sincere, dedicated and motivating personality to the FertLink team, loyal to his clients and passionate about improving yield and nutrition in plants and animals alike.
